The HIP Regulations state that a Basic HIP must be available before a property is marketed. Our highly efficient systems ensure that we can make a Basic HIP available in 2 to 3 days allowing the property to be marketed as quickly as possible. The full HIP is normally completed within 5 to 10 days.
An EPC is included in the HIP but we also provide standalone EPCs for rental properties and sale properties which are exempt from HIP regulations.
For your additional peace of mind, we are registered with the Property Codes Compliance Board (PCCB) and comply with the HIP Code. We carry £2 million indemnity insurance.
